I built my craft from the ground up

I developed my passion by cooking everywhere from burger joints to fine dining kitchens, and I’ve kept learning by drawing inspiration from Michelin-star chefs and the teams I’ve worked alongside.

Antipasto Platter Cured meats (prosciutto, salami), marinated olives, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, and aged cheeses (Parmigiano-Reggiano, Pecorino)

FIRST COURSE

Bruschetta Trio -Classic tomato & basil • Roasted mushroom & truffle oil • Whipped ricotta with lemon zest & honey

MAIN COURSE

Ricotta stuffed pasta/ spicy lobster vodka sauce

Pasta alla Vodka or Penne Pomodoro Rich, creamy tomato-based sauce with fresh herbs and grated Parmigiano

Chicken Parmesan/side Alfredo pasta

Chicken Piccata Light lemon-caper sauce to accompany the pasta
